I start every day with some form of exercise whether it’s Pilates, yoga, walking, or jogging. I found joy in teaching because it makes me feel better and I wanted others to feel the same. She has seen the transformative effects of the Pilates methodology of leveraging the mind-body connection on her own life - physically, mentally and emotionally.
