What should I wear to class?

Barre- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable (shorts are not recommended) and a breathable workout tank or t-shirt. Barre socks or “sticky” socks with grip on the bottom are optional to prevent sliding. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio if you do not already own a pair.

Pound- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable (shorts are not recommended) and a breathable workout tank or t-shirt. Shoes are optional for this class. If you choose the no-shoe option, we recommend grip/sticky socks. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio if you do not already own a pair.

Circuit Training- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable and a workout tank or t-shirt. You will also want to wear comfortable athletic shoes.

Yoga- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable (shorts are not recommended) and a breathable workout tank or t-shirt.

Cardio Dance- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable (shorts are not recommended) and a workout tank or t-shirt. You will also want to wear comfortable athletic shoes.

Pilates- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable (shorts are not recommended) and a breathable workout tank or t-shirt. Piloxing- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable and a workout tank or t-shirt. You will also want to wear comfortable athletic shoes.

Xtreme HipHop Step- we suggest leggings or pants that are comfortable and a workout tank or t-shirt. You will also want to wear comfortable athletic shoes.

Fly Fit- to keep all participants safe, hair must be worn up, no jewelry allowed, long leggings are a must with the harness (absolutely no shorts), no hoodies or clothing with dangling strings or attachments.

Is water available at the studio?

Yes, we have a filtered water dispenser. All you need to bring is your own water bottle to refill as needed.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the studio?

For safety reasons, we do not allow children to be in the studio while adult classes are in session.

Do you offer childcare?

No, at this time, we do not offer childcare.

How often should I work out?

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 20 to 60 minutes of exercise, 3 to 5 days a week. As a beginner, a great start would be 2 to 3 classes a week, but to get the most out of your fitness routine and see the quickest transformation, you will want to increase your workouts to 4 to 5 times a week when you feel ready.

This is dependent upon your fitness goals and the ultimate desired outcome of your fitness journey. The more often you exercise the healthier you will be, you should see improvements in your cholesterol levels, aerobic power, cardio health, and overall composition of your body.
